The calendar shows confirmed ceremonies, appointments and assignment due dates by month, with civil and Hebrew dates. Each person sees the events for the students they can see.
The calendar shows confirmed ceremonies, appointments and assignment due dates. Penciled dates are not shown. For staff, each event uses its student's color; students and families see each kind of event in its own color.
Each day shows its Hebrew date beside the civil date.
Staff can filter by event type and by student; assignment due dates appear once a student is chosen. Administrators and staff with Manage Student Data can also filter by tutor, and administrators can show all appointments. Filters are kept in the page link.
Administrators and staff with Manage Student Data see every student's ceremonies. Tutors see their assigned students. Students and guardians see their own events. Click an appointment or assignment to open it. Click a ceremony to open its Service, or the student's Ceremony tab if the Service is not prepared yet.
