The MitzvahManager calendar gives synagogues and tutors one place to see the schedule that surrounds a B'nai Mitzvah program. It shows service dates, appointments, and assignment due dates on a month grid with both civil and Hebrew dates, and each person sees the events that apply to their role.
The calendar combines three kinds of events on one month view: B'nai Mitzvah service dates, appointments such as scheduled lessons and meetings, and assignment due dates. Each type is color-coded so staff, students, and families can read the month at a glance. Because those events are drawn straight from the appointments you book, the assignments you set, and the service linked to each student, the calendar is always in sync with the rest of MitzvahManager rather than a separate schedule someone has to maintain by hand.
Every day on the calendar shows its Hebrew date alongside the civil date, which keeps planning aligned with the Jewish calendar. That makes it easier to coordinate lessons and milestones against upcoming Shabbat service dates.
Staff can filter the calendar by event type and by student, and administrators can also filter by tutor and choose to show all appointments rather than only their own. Your filter selections are kept in the page link, so a filtered view is easy to return to.
The calendar is scoped by role: administrators see the whole organization, tutors see their assigned students, and students and guardians see their own services, appointments, and due dates. Clicking an appointment or assignment opens its details, and staff can open a service from the calendar as well.
