The Student Lifecycle: Status, Wrap Up, and Continuing as a Leyner
A student's status is not enrolled, active, paused, completed, or withdrawn, and only an administrator changes it. After the ceremony, Wrap Up completes the student and keeps a summary of their preparation.
A student you add starts not enrolled and uses no seat until an administrator enrolls them. Active students use a seat and can get new preparation work. Paused students stay on the Students page but use no seat and get no new work. Completed and withdrawn students keep their full record; include them in the Students page's Standing filter to see them. Changing a date, Program or Service never changes status.
After a student's ceremony, they appear under Ready to wrap up at the top of the Students page. An administrator chooses Wrap Up to record final notes, decide whether the student keeps TropeTrainer access, and complete the student. First, any organization TropeTrainer license the student holds must be resolved, and the ceremony must have an exact record. Wrap Up deletes no appointments, assignments, messages, Programs, Services or family links.
Wrap Up saves a summary of the student's ceremony, tutors, preparation and the notes you keep. The full record stays available for corrections and future work.
During Wrap Up, an administrator can keep the student as an iLeyn external leyner. They can then be offered readings in iLeyn without using a MitzvahManager seat.
The Students page starts with students who are not enrolled, active, or paused. Choose Completed or Withdrawn under Standing in its filters to find past students and their Wrap Up summaries.
When an administrator wraps them up, or changes their status to Completed. A ceremony date adds the student to Ready to wrap up, but does not change status or free a seat by itself.
It records final notes and access choices, completes the student, and saves a summary. Their Programs, appointments, assignments, messages, Services, family links, Profile Fields and History are kept.
