Choosing a program when you add a student turns the record into a dated milestone plan.
B'nai Mitzvah Student Records & Preparation Management | MitzvahManager
A MitzvahManager student record is the single home for everything a synagogue or tutor tracks about one B'nai Mitzvah student: their contact details, assigned tutor and staff, guardians, linked ceremony service and date, and preparation progress. Administrators and tutors use it to see where each student stands and what needs attention next.
Each student record holds name and contact details, gender for correct B'nai Mitzvah naming, an assigned tutor, additional staff members with named roles, guardians, and the enabled prayers and blessings. The linked B'nai Mitzvah service and date are connected in the same place, so ceremony readings and program milestones stay tied to the student.
The student list shows each student as a card with a live status badge such as Setup, On Track, Needs Attention, At Risk, or Complete, plus a short detail line explaining why. Those badges come from progress tracking, which weighs the student's program milestones, assignment completion, recent practice, and recorded lesson outcomes, so a director running twenty students can scan one screen and see who is coasting and who needs a call. Current and past students are separated into tabs, and you can search the list to find a student quickly.
The student detail page surfaces a Priority Actions panel that gathers the highest-priority issues across the student's active programs, from a missing service or unassigned reading to overdue work, at-risk milestones, or an approaching ceremony date. Each item links straight to the place where you can resolve it.
Once setup is complete, staff invite the student and their guardians so families can access practice, assignments, and appointments. For students who need guardian consent, the record tracks consent status before the invitation can be sent.

Yes. A student has one assigned tutor and can also have additional staff members, each given a named role on the record.
You can invite a student once their setup is complete. If the student requires guardian consent, that consent must be granted before the invitation is sent.
