Guardian Access for B'nai Mitzvah Families
Guardians are a student's parents or other family contacts. Once a guardian has given consent and the student is ready, each guardian you picked gets their own account, where they can see the student's lessons, appointments and assignments, message the student's tutor, and manage the student's practice account.
A student can have several guardians, each with a name, email and optional phone. Administrators add them in the Family section of the student's page, and choose whether each gets a MitzvahManager account.
A guardian with several students sees each child separately, with the student's name on each assignment and appointment. Their home page shows the day's work and lessons.
Invite the Family sends one email to the guardian you choose, any time after the student is added. That guardian checks the student's details, chooses how the student signs in, confirms the required permissions, and accepts the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Their consent counts as they give it, a copy of what they agreed to follows by email, and each step is recorded.
Guardians receive their child's updates, and they can post on the student's messages within their visibility. A guardian with a pending consent request cannot be removed until the request is resolved.
